The BrykerWoods Neighborhood Association (BWNA) meets a couple of times a year. Traditionally the BWNA has an annual fall meeting. Informal meetings occur on the occasions of the National Night Out (held every fall), 4th of July Parade, and scheduled neighborhood park clean-ups along the Shoal Creek Greenbelt.

BrykerWoods residents are encouraged to become active members of the BWNA. Annual household membership is $10.00 ($5.00 for retirees) and funds are used for neighborhood activities, greenspace/park improvements and webserver/domain hosting fees.
